We are a monthly subscription. That means you are re-billed every month. When you purchase your first box, your card is charged immediately (that same day). Re-billing for future boxes always occurs after you receive your box. You will be re-billed on the 15th of each month.
Boxes are shipped out the first week of each month. To receive the "current" box, you must sign up on or before the last day of the previous month. For example, in order to get the "October's box", you must sign up before the last day in September.
If you ever need to close your subscription, you can cancel anytime by logging into your account or emailing us at [email protected] In order to receive a refund, you must request one before the 19th of the month. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for boxes that have already shipped or if it is past the 19th of the month. To request a refund, please email us at [email protected]
Our sensory boxes are intended for autistic children and kids with sensory processing needs. Kiddos with neurological differences (autism, ADHD, dyslexia, etc.) can also benefit from the items inside Sensory TheraPLAY Box. Even if your child does not have a diagnosis, all children including those who have anxiety, temper tantrums, and impulsivity can use sensory tools to support healthy coping and self-regulation skills.
Every month you will receive a surprise assortment of 5-7 sensory toys and tools for your child. Examples of items include putty, aromatherapy dough, textured tactile toys/ fidgets, craft activities that promote fine motor skills, light up toys, unique stress balls, and more!

We alway check the items to make sure they are intact before placing them inside your Sensory TheraPLAY Box. However, if you receive a broken item, please email us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your box and we will gladly assist you! Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items that are broken during or after use. Please always supervise your child to make sure that the toys are being used appropriately and with reasonable force/ pressure.
5-9 years old. However, this is just a general guideline as our children with special needs have different levels of independence and various learning levels and developmental abilities. You may need to provide more guidance & assistance to your child for certain contents in the box (e.g., a craft/ fine motor based activity.) However, many of the items in Sensory TheraPLAY Box are appropriate for children of ALL ages. Fun sensory play often has no age limitations! Who can put an age restriction on a tactile fidget that helps someone focus? A fun toy with a "weird" texture? Sensory items can benefit everyone!

Yes! If you’d like to try out Sensory TheraPLAY Box or send one to a giftee without having to worry about auto renewals, all you have to do is select the Month to Month plan and on the checkout page, click the "this is a gift" box. Once selected, you will also have the option to click "Automatically renew this subscription." As long as you don’t click the “Automatically renew this subscription" box, your order will not automatically renew. You can use this method if you’d also like to pay for a 3 or 6 month subscription and not have it renew.
